Never to convince me that the U.S. Coast Guard would conduct such an exercise on this, of all days.

    I liked what Krauthammer had to say on this subject yesterday... something to the effect of "the gub'mint needs to use some of the stimulus money to buy the Coast Guard a few calendars." The Good Doctor speaks for ME...
