Oh no!
The UPS guy told me yesterday that he's been re-assigned to a different route! What will Bouie do for treats?
It might not be so bad after all, though -- the UPS guy said he'll train the new guy and make sure the newbie learns how and where to distribute treats.
Bouie will be so relieved, but I suspect he'll miss his friend, too.

UPS is SO much better than those other guys. I have a personal relationship with my UPS Lady, who ALWAYS takes a minute or four out of her busy day to chat. She doesn't give me any treats, tho. Dang.
ReplyDeleteUPS sucks here in OK. I won't go into all of my rants against them, but I did have a very friendly dog, who hated the UPS lady. My dog went crazy when the UPS truck pulled into our driveway, but was fine with everyone else. I think she must have maced my dog or something.
ReplyDeleteWhen the FHU was around the dogs had us trained to give them pizza crusts. They adored the pizza man.
ReplyDeleteWhew... that was a close one!
ReplyDeleteOh, Buck. Bouie should give you a tutorial!?
ReplyDeleteYeah, Lou. There are folks that Bouie won't tolerate -- he's not too fond of the FedEx guy. Or the postal folks. *sigh*
I won't tell you about food delivery guys, Deb! That's a whole different world!
We shall see, Cuz. We shall see.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure that UPS knows we exist. I never see a truck out this way. I know FedEx does, or at least their drivers like to barrel down the nearby "big" road. Greedy roads un-sharers, I find.
ReplyDeleteWhen we order pizza, the delivery guy has to call because the gate stays locked. Bouie gets excited when the phone rings around suppertime because he thinks he'll be getting pizza crust.
ReplyDeleteI can always use a few pointers (heh).
