No Moogie, it's not a joke. I've been hearing about this for a while. In fact, there are already bans on many rivers.
ReplyDeleteI'm gonna have to look into it, but there is a lawyer from Monroe, LA, Paul Hurd who is litigating the river bans now. If I can find the info, I'll let you know.
